As the Eagle sweeps across the sky. We see it dive, we hear its cry. The awesome wings are proudly spread And a bright white cap adorns its head. Magnificent would be the word To best describe America's bird. The USA can cheer and brag: "We have the Eagle by our Flag." Throughout the years they both have stood, As we build a nation based on good. We will keep writing America's story As our Eagle flies above Old Glory. --Grandpa Tucker |
