There's Hope for Soap

Girl blowing bubbles Oh, what a blast we had in school.
Our science class was really cool.
We went outside in the nice warm sun
And found out how to have such fun!

Hey, Mom, I wish that you'd been there,
To see the magic filled with air.
I know it sounds like I'm a dope,
But we put some air inside of soap.

You take a round wire and dip it in,
Next, hold it right above your chin.
That's when you give a little puff:
There goes a bubble, sure enough!

Some are single, some are doubles,
The sky fills up with flying bubbles.
Tomorrow we'll do it again, I hope.
It's the best thing ever done with soap!!
